Enters information records, such as services provided by a unit, financial transactions accomplished by a unit, or participants/enrollees in programs administered by a unit into appropriate automatedsystem(s). Retrieves data from automated system for the development of standard reports. Responsible for quality control of projects including accuracy and integrity of data. Participates in making recommendations regarding design of program applications. Orients, trains, assigns and checks the work of lower level employees.Responsibilities:
- Assigns work to lower level employees and performs quality checks on data by running reports or uses other techniques to verify accuracy; corrects and validates information.2. Files records, conducts research and resolves data entry issues. Assists in making recommendations for report designs. Runs queries and answers questions related to spreadsheet, application, and/or data management program.3. Keys data into appropriate system(s), formatting data in spreadsheets or other applications, or using screens from established data management program.4. Compiles information for special projects from data files and other resources.5. Orients and trains lower level data entry personnel.Qualifications:Education: High School diploma or equivalentExperience: 3-5 yearsOther Skills and Abilities: Good keyboarding skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
